Full FAQ Page →How long does event review take?
We review submissions within two business days. If your event is time-sensitive, flag it in the message field and we will prioritize it. Approved listings appear on the Upcoming Events page immediately.
What information do I need to submit an event?
Include the event title, date, start and end time, full venue address with suburb, ticket price or registration link, and a short description of the format — panel, hackathon, meetup, or conference. The more detail you provide, the faster we can list it.
Do you list events outside Sydney?
SydnayLive focuses on events within the Sydney metropolitan area and Greater NSW. If your event is in another Australian city, we can sometimes include it when it is relevant to Sydney-based attendees traveling for conferences.
Can I visit the office without an appointment?
No. We do not operate a walk-in desk. Schedule a meeting by email or phone first, and we will arrange a time that works for both sides. Our team is often out covering events across the CBD during the week.
How do sponsorship placements work?
Sponsorship options include featured listings at the top of relevant category pages, newsletter mentions, and dedicated partner pages. Contact us through the form with your brand, target audience, and budget range, and the partnerships team will send available options.
